IN THE CASES OF CONFORMITY ASSESSMENTS VERIFYING THE FULFILMENT OF THE INTEROPERABILITY SPECIFICATIONS FOR „VEHICLES–LOCOMOTIVES AND PASSENGER VEHICLES”, „VEHICLES–FREIGHT VEHICLES”, VEHICLES– NOISE”, THE COMMAND-AND-CONTROL AND SIGNALLING SYSTEMS OF THE TRANSEUROPEAN RAILWAY SYSTEM, AND FURTHERMORE FOR ACCESSABILITY FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND REDUCED MOBILITY AS WELL AS TUNNEL SAFETY
BME ITS Plc carries out the conformity assessment during the assessment of the fulfilment of the subsystems and TSIs, according to the specifications of the relevant TSIs. The compiled module selection options are listed in Table no. 1 of the Regulation SZA-2-01-00. BME ITS carries out the certification according to the preference of the customer by using the modules listed in the table. The detailed description of the modules is provided in the Commission Decision 2010/713/EU.
The assessment is carried out according to the module combination selected by the CUSTOMER.

the modules used by the Railway Vehicles Division of BME ITS during the conformity assessment certification of subsystems and constituents ensuring interoperability are listed in Table no. 2 of Regulation SZA-2-01-00.

The assessment is carried out according to the module or module combination selected by the CUSTOMER. When selecting a model combination it is necessary to take into consideration the specific requirement provided in several TSIs and concerning the same constituent.
